Innovative Production
Wide Product Range
The Bursa TEKNOSAB factory is a next-generation production hub equipped with smart systems. In this facility, alongside the production of construction chemicals, the company’s product portfolio has been strengthened with the newly commissioned EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) production line. The Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone production facility, on the other hand, contributes to the company’s sustainable growth with its high capacity and efficiency in EPS and packaging production. In these modern facilities, production is carried out with smart manufacturing systems and a strong R\&D infrastructure. With over 100 qualified employees and a continuously expanding dealer network, EPSA is positioned as a reliable solution partner in both local and international markets.

Thermal Insulation Systems
Our thermal insulation boards and cladding systems, which save energy, enhance comfort, and withstand different climatic conditions, offer long-lasting solutions for sustainable buildings. In thermal and waterproofing, a wide variety of products is available—from fire-resistant EPS boards to high-performance cladding plasters, from water-resistant coating mortars to breathable decorative exterior solutions.
Construction Chemicals
From ceramic adhesives to grouts, waterproofing products to concrete admixtures, repair mortars to epoxy- and polyurethane-based floor coatings, our wide product range adds value to projects. Each product emphasizes high performance, easy application, and long-term durability. Product groups are developed in compliance with EN and TS standards and formulated to meet different adhesion classes, flexibility classes, and chemical resistance properties according to application conditions.
EPS and EPP Packaging Solutions
EPS packaging and injection-molded technical parts ensure the protection of delicate products, while recyclable and eco-friendly EPP solutions make a difference across many industries—from automotive to food logistics, from home appliances to heating and cooling systems. EPS packaging solutions provide logistic advantages with their shock absorption, thermal insulation, and lightweight structure, while EPP solutions stand out with high elasticity, multi-impact resistance, and long-lasting durability.

Production of construction chemicals was initiated. With the commissioning of the second facility, EPSA further strengthened its innovative and solution-oriented approach in the industry and expanded its product portfolio.

Eskişehir Investment Became Operational
The new investment in Eskişehir increased capacity in EPS and packaging production while also strengthening the approach to sustainable and efficient manufacturing.

Opening of the Teknosab Production Facility
The modern production facility at Teknosab, established on an area of 15,000 m², became one of EPSA’s most strategic investments. Alongside construction chemicals production and the newly implemented EPP production lines, the company reinforced its vision for the future.
