Examples from around the world show us that the participation of female entrepreneurs in the economy is not only a matter of equality but also one of the most important levers for growth and development. Today, while female entrepreneurs drive economies in many countries from Europe to Asia, and from America to Africa, we are at the forefront of this transformation in Turkey.

With EPSA Insulation, which I founded, we not only produce products but also support the entrepreneurial spirit. We participate in projects that encourage the participation of women and young entrepreneurs in business, and we inspire new stories by sharing our knowledge and experience in many areas, from universities to non-governmental organizations.

At this point, I see every new investment and every new export move not only as a business success but also as a contribution to our country, our people, and our future. We will continue to work for a Turkey where women are more visible and powerful in business and where young people bravely realize their dreams.
