Mortar Admixture (Flexibilizer & Adhesion Promoter)

EPSA BUDALATEX-PLUS is a dispersion-based, white-colored, liquid polymer admixture. It is used in cement-based mortars, adhesives, plasters, and screeds by replacing water partially or fully. It enhances flexibility, adhesion, water impermeability, and mechanical strength. It ensures stronger bonding of mortars or coatings to the substrate. Especially in applications requiring elasticity, it minimizes cracking and increases overall system performance.
